According to customer information,crushing material is granite,output size 0-5mm,5-10mm,10-20mm,20-30mm,600tph.Consider the raw material size less than 800mm,our design is the dump truck or loader transport the material to the hopper.The material feed into PE-1200×1500 jaw crusher by ZSW6015 vibrating feeder for the primary crushing,and then crushed stone transport to HS 600 cone crusher hopper. After ZDW2514 vibrating feeder feed ,the material run into HS600 cone crusher by conveyor belt to be crushing.

After secondary Hs600 cone crusher crushing,The material run into 2 sets of 2YK3072 vibrating screen screening.After screening ,qualified products transport to the finished material pile for storage;the upper material larger than 31.5mm transport to the tertiary crusher hopper by belt conveyor.
